First Lutheran Church, established in 1905, began as a small gathering in a member's home before moving into its first church building in 1907. With Sandpoint’s growth during the 1950s and 60s, the congregation expanded to its current home on S. Olive Ave.
Rooted in the Sandpoint, ID community, First Lutheran Church is a welcoming congregation discovering what it means to follow Jesus' way—whether through worship, life-long learning, fellowship, prayer, or serving others.
