The Common Prayer app contains:
  • Evening prayers: Seven prayers; one for each night of the week
  • Morning prayers: 365 prayers; one for each morning of the year
  • Midday prayer: One prayer; to pray during the day throughout the year
  • Occasional prayers: Multiple prayers; to be used on special occasions like holidays and gatherings
  • Songbook: Collection of best-loved songs of faith from all around the world

Weekly Worship Prayer List

First Lutheran Church includes a list of current prayer needs in the weekly worship bulletin.  This includes personal, family, and friends' joys and sorrows.  We also list the joys or concerns of the surrounding communities, the military, national and global events.
This list is public.  We only list people's names, unless asked to include more details.  
Call the church office with requests (208.263.2048).  We also ask that you keep us up-to-date on changes in your prayer request.

Phone Prayer Chain

If you have an immediate prayer request and/or want to keep names out of public print, we have a prayer team on call.  You can offer as much detail as you would like.  The prayer is called into the prayer team and they keep all information confidential.
